Additional information:

Orientation was released exclusively in Japan prior to Sonata Arctica's first Japanese tour ("Silent Orientation Tour") to support it. Outside Japan this is quite expensive and not that easy to get - definately a collector's item. Musically the only reason to get this release might be the Bette Midler cover (which is actually a real jewel!) since the rest of the songs are available on other releases. Two of the tracks are available on Last Drop Falls single.

Opening track, Black Sheep, is exactly the same as on the album. The second song is acoustic version of Mary-Lou; the song was released earlier in the debute single UnOpened. This version is, like the name says, acoustic and the tempo is slower. The third track, Bette Midler cover song The Wind Beneath My Wings isn't available on any other Sonata Arctica release. The last track is Iron Maiden cover Die With Your Boots On which is not that much Sonatized version as the previously released covers (I Want Out by Helloween and Still Loving You by Scorpions).

The video interview is exclusively on this release. It was made during Tuska festival (2002) in Helsinki and it features Tony, Jani and Tommy, though Tony is handling most of the speaking.
